Mutiple bsod

Hi everyone,
Deep breath I have an i5 3330s 2 (4) sticks Kingston ddr3 1600 cl9 240. (also had 2different sets of g skill ram same DDR 3 1600 ) in the system. On 2nd mobo 1st ecs H6 1h 2m2, now I am using a MSI Z77A-G41, psu was a cool master 650w , a new 850w psu. I hav had 3 hd's se agate 2t Sata a Kingston 64 gig ssd. Now it is a ocz 234 gig ssd. Vid cards was a 8800gtx. Now it's a amd ati 5850. Cooling CPU was a stock cooler w artic silver now it's a cooler master v-8 CPU is cool. Wifi card is a TP link Tl-wn851n. Also had a Cisco USB wifi and a pcie rosewill . Case is a older antec but still nice. Os is vista 64 rt now have win 7 64 up grade.
Right after vista install recieved bsod error of 0x1a
I've been thru mutipal installs with win 7 updated and installed drivers updates pullin my hair out ... Other bsod 's are most 0xa,0x1e, 0x3b, 0xfc,0x18.
Help tested CPU w/o errors memtest. Memtest shows an error but where ?
Please help and thanks for reading

If memtest86+ shows an error then either you have a bad stick of RAM or the BIOS settings for RAM (timing/voltage etc) are wrong, or it is not acceptable RAM for that motherboard.
