MP3 Tag Editing

Please help! Up until today when I tried to edit the properties in my MP3 files I have had 0 problems. I know how to do it, it just wont.

-Right click file
-Properties
-Details tab
(Here's the problem)
-Remove Properties and personal information
Usually this opens a new box where I can change what i need.
This box will no longer open.
Any suggestions???

If you know approximately when this change occurred then you could try restore your computer to a previous time from the W7 restore points.

NOTE: I've never really used the "Remove Properties and personal information" link but I did check and mine still opens.
