SOLVED Move Window

Right now I can move a window by click/drag only along the top of the window border. Is it possible to move windows by click/drag anywhere on it without 3rd party software?

Drag along the top border is the only way.

You can use some scripting to do something like this, but it's not something you can do out of the box. Here's a script that works on Vista, but you may have luck with Windows 7 (I've not tried it myself):
