Move from taskbar to system tray.

Hi there.
I've been trying to find a way to move a program/icon from my taskbar to the system tray.

I'm running Windowsmedia Encoder alot and I want it to go to the system tray when minimized. I've seen software you can buy that helps you out but those have been for older OS.

Hi Baffe - Welcome to w7forums

The System Tray Icon is usually a preferences setting within each application. If you don't see a setting within the application, I'm not sure if you can find a way to acheive this.

Use a program called TrayIt. It'll put any application you want in the system tray. It works on Windows 7.
