Hello, recently booting up get to password page loss mouse control cannot go further. Tried safe mode same problem. managed to get system up using tab key still no mouse control get error "MPKI exe. corrupt disk the file system structure on disk is corrupt and unusable Please run ultility on vol C:" tried using another keyboard same results can someone help thank you.

Boot to safe mode. Open a command prompt. Type the following command then press enter:

chkdsk /r

Follow the on screen directions and wait some time.

Other than that, your hard drive is likely defective and needs to be replaced.
