Missing PCI Simple Communications Controller driver :(

Dear Forum:

I have a HP Compaq 8000 Elite CMT PC and recently reinstalled Win7 x64.

Now, in Device Manager-Other devices there's this little yellow "!" to the left of the PCI Simple Communications Controller. And in Properties-General-Device status it says: "The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). There is no driver selected for the device information set or element". Trying to update the driver fails because Windows says it can't find any :(.

Any helpful ideas or suggestions?

It should be part of the drivers in Driver - Chipset from HP >>HERE<<, specifically the Intel Active Client Manager HECI Device Driver

If above mentioned solution did not work for you then I would suggest to take help of some tool that can automatically download the missing driver.
