Missing Drivers on HP EliteBook 820 G2 Running Windows 7

Hello! I recently bought a Windows 7 laptop, the HP EliteBook 820 G2. After turning it on, I had to use a Windows 7 install USB and went through the setup process. While the sound works, I'm experiencing issues with missing graphics drivers, being on Aero Basic, and WLAN drivers. Although I have ethernet drivers, I won't have access to an ethernet connection until Friday, and this is my only computer. Windows 10 is not an option for me as I specifically acquired this for Windows 7. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
