get Windows Live Mail... same thing anyway. Free from Microsoft here...

import your stuff or WLM might do it automatically.

Outlook Express has not been included with Windows since 2007 and is
not available for Windows 7. You will need to use some other email
program. You might consider Windows Live Mail, which is Microsoft's
current free email program. It can be downloaded from Microsoft's site.
You do not have to use Hotmail. WLM will work with any standard
POP/SMTP or IMAP mail service. Another possibility is Mozilla
Thunderbird

Your subject says Microsoft Outlook. Your message says Outlook Express.
Which is it?

He obviously means Outlook Express, which is not available for Windows
7. Outlook works fine in Windows 7.
