Method 3:Using Computer Management Policy (why it didn't work)

Why it didn't work and I still can't get control of my PC. This was the
recommended site given to me but none of these work on W-7 HomePremium.

http://www.tomstricks.com/how-to-activate-hidden-windows-7-administrator-account/

Method 3:Using Computer Management Policy

Another way of activating the administrator account in Windows 7 is via
Computer Management Policy.

* Type compmgmt.msc in the search bar and hit enter.
* After the Computer Management window pops up, navigate to Local Users
and Groups -> Users.
* In right-side pane double-click on "Administrator" account. It'll open
its Properties.
* Deselect "Account is disabled" option and Apply it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The "Computer Management window" did open. There are no "Local Users and
Groups or Users" there to navigate to, unless they're hidden in some way.
Clicking every single choice there didn't bring them up. There is nothing
in the Computer Management Window that the above site mentions. I have only
SystemTools, Storage and Services-And-Applications to choose from.
If anyone knows how to actually activate the hidden W-7 Admin account, I
would love the information.
The easiest way you can do this is to use the Ultimate Windows Tweaker
program. Not only can you activate the hidden Administrator account,
you can hide the Guest account and much more. You can get the program here:
Ultimate Windows Tweaker was one of my first installations, but I've
only done a few tweaks. My built in administrator account is still disabled
and built in guest account is still enabled. What does changing those
settings
accomplish?
In my case I'm hoping to take control of my W-7 PC away from MS so I can do
as I please on it like all my other PCs without W-7.
Well, you disable UAC, enable the hidden super admin account (link
you have been given before), and login with the super admin account.
You can do anything you want. After you have done anything you want,
the enable UAC and login in with your admin account.
It doesn't take s rocket scientist to figure it out.
Did I say it did? The information given me was not for HomePremium. It
didn't work so I downloaded a little gizmo from here that did work:
You mean to tell me that there is NOT a hidden admin account on Home
Premium? You could have taken ownership without the gizmo. You see
that's the problem here, you want the quick way out instead of doing it
manually and learning.
There absolutely is one on my copy of Home Premium, and I even told the
Valorie how to correct her error in trying to enable it. She seems to
have refused to accept my help.
I'm *shocked*, shocked, I say.
No hidden admin account was found on my W-7 PC. It may be there, but I
couldn't find it. Why do you think being rude will help?
I corrected the error at the time and still didn't turn up this "hidden"
account. I followed the directions on the website and still no hidden
account appeared. Will rudeness and elitism make things different?
I am just giving the facts, and if you had followed the instructions in
the link or links given to you on how to expose the hidden admin
account, then there is noway you could not see it.
The last part of your remark is unduly optimistic :)
OK, then it wasn't there since I have 20/20 vision. For some reason it
remained hidden.
OK, this was easy to follow and understand. The only thing different was
after I logged out and restarted the PC, the choice was not given me to
click on an Admin icon or a User Icon. W-7 booted and they never appeared.
No icons with a choice appeared.
And?? Don't just stop in the middle of the story. Did you log into the
Admin account or not? Surely you didn't just decide to stop there?
