The Control Panel path depends how the Control Panel viewing is set.
On my machine, with viewing set to small icons, the path is:
Control Panel >Administrative Tools >Windows Memory Diagnostic
I can also go directly from the Start menu with:
All Programs >Administrative Tools >Windows Memory Diagnostic
The options available can be confusing. I have to remember that not
everybody is going to have their computer set up the same way as mine.
