Lost customize in Folder view option

Hi,

My friend have encountered this problem don't know whether what did it caused from. As you can see in file attached, all options in folder view options has disappeared. Could anyone have solution to recover back these options?

From an administrator command prompt run:
SFC /scannow

If that doesn't work you could put in a W7 Installation DVD and run "system repair".

If that doesn't resolve it then I would suspect your OS is corrupted and I would consider a complete reinstall.

Does it do that with all folders, or just that one?
