locked out of windows Live mail

My account got hacked and I am now locked lout of Windows Live mail.

I filled in their form and was given a password reset, however when I went to the page it says - Temporary problem and the page is unavailable and to try again later - this has been going on for days,

I need access to my accout but I cannot proceed any further.

Has any one any ideas please

If you're currently having issues accessing your account in Windows Live Mail, kindly reconfigure your account to your mail client. Please refer to Microsoft support or use Windows Password Key to reset Windows live id password for more information on account reconfiguration.
