Hi I have recently installed Windows 7 after using XP for many years and I have always previously been able to save and convert .flv files from Flash movies by copying them from my IE temp internet files cache into a converter application.I am trying to do the same with W7 but when I open my Temp Internet files they are not stored there anymore so does anyone know where they have been hidden in W7?

Welcome to the forums Fenderblender :)

The FLV files should be stored there if they are saved temporarily, but not all flash apps save the .flv movies once fully buffered.

You may be better off capturing the FLV from the webpage using a 3rd party app. There are lots of plugins for FireFox that can capture FLV files, and a few online applications that do the same thing (i.e. saveflv.com, keepvid.com).
