Loading controls

I've set my mouse incorrectly and I'm trying to reset it in Devices and Printers but the window is taking forever to load. What's up?

Is it a bluetooth or wireless mouse ... might need new batteries.

The only reason to do to Devices and Printers is if you want to remove or add the device? To change normal mouse functions just use Control Panel>Mouse
