Live mail set up

I got Live mail on my Win 7 machine. Set up a newsgroup account no problem.
It let me log on and I got this group, but when I try to respond to a post
it will not let me. It is asking me to set up an E-mail account?????
The set up went just like it did in Vista but this is something new. Not
sure what it is asking me to do.

You are clicking on "Reply", not "Reply to Group".

Don't feel bad; I did the same thing (more than once). I went to View,
Customize Toolbar, and removed Reply. If you do it in the newsgroups
section, it doesn't affect the regular email reply. Or you can just move
Reply to farther down the row so it isn't next to Reply Group.
