Welcome to the forum, Cpoole55! I've looked up this printer, and it seems that there's problems with it running with Windows 7. But all is not lost here. You can download and install a VM with XP Pro (or an earlier version of Windows) that should make your printer work fine. Go the the black bar with all of the options, click Search, type "vm lite" w/o the quotes, it will be the sixth thread down. Make sure that when you click Search, that Threads are selected. There will be a thread titled "XP Mode in Windows 7 w/o hardware virtualization". You should follow the instructions as best as you can. It's simple. You will have a free version of XP Pro SP3 to use, be sure to update it, and install the AV of your choice. It ships with IE6, but it would be best after updating to install at least IE7, or the browser of your choice. Hope this helps, and should you require any further assistance, feel free to post anytime.
