Kiosk as admin

New toshiba laptop .. Ran updates at restart it is now kiosk with an unknown password. Tried f8 for restore.. Did not work. Did not come with recov disc. What do I do to get back to the admin I created???!!!

Install a fresh copy of Windows to your PC but it requires CD DVD installation media. Take help of your friends if you don't have one.

If it is brand new then it should be under warranty, contact Toshiba.

If it is second-hand, just new-to-you then you might try Windows Password Remover. But once you have access it is best to do a complete reinstall of the W7 OS because you don't know what might have been left on there. If the product key is not on the bottom of the laptop then use SIW to look it up and then burn a W7 DVD and reinstall the OS.
