I have a 32 bit laptop and did a clean install upgrading to 64 bit. The FN keys no longer work and to print @ I now have to press shift and 2 instead of shift and @.Can anyone help please? I have tried the Samsung Support site but cannot find a driver for the NP-X22 laptop.

You will need to find 64-Bit Vista or 7 drivers for you keyboard from the manufacturers website.
