is there a way to use MSTSC for remote assistance instead of remote desktop?

Very often i have tu use RDP (always on Win7 machines); in most cases
the computers of friends i connect to either have their own IP(v6)
address or i use port-forwarding on the router to always be able to
directly connect to the machines.
In most cases i use MSTSC /admin to connect with the credentials of my
friends, to see if something is wrong or do some specific work.
However als you know, the local user sitting on the other end only
sees the logon screen of windows while i am logged in.

Yes i do know that there is a thing called Remote Assistance but this
is more difficult to use with the invitation eMails.
Is there some parameter for MSTSC or some treak that allows to use
MSTSC to connect to the current user, thus that both i and the local
user see the same desktop and mouse pointer?

thanks for any hints.

TeamViewer ?

Not really the choise i would like because it's an intermediate system
between the 2 machines.
Sharing a desktop between users does exist in Windows7 and it does
work with the "ask a friend for help" thing.
But as i use the classic remote desktop (eiter on the IPv6 side or
ipv4 with portforward) and only occasionally want to log in to a
wachine with the user on the other end seeing exactly what i am doing,
i wondered if there's some somple parameter in mstsc to be able to set
that option ...
