Is that my CPU dead now?

Yesterday, I don't know but my cabinet was filled with smoke I immediately shutdown it and also cut off the electricity connection but it couldn't start from that moment is that my Pc dead now or what this was first case that's why I don't have any idea can anyone explain me the reason?
