from few days my windows crashed and i got BSOD blue scree onf death
and i dont know which file are not installed correctly
i tried to get solve but fail
i try every thing like system restore but fail s
system restore shows only last two option
i also tried to last know good configuraton but fail
so plz advise me what to do
my system specifications are
delll laptop N5110
windows 7 home basic
mcafee antivirus
my system is in guarntee period
i have backup on cd,s but i dont know how to work with it and i dont want to loose orignal windows and mcafee

You must post zipped BSOD DMP files if you want help.

i want help but i dont know how to find zipped BSOD DMP files.if it is on blue screen i cant read it becuase blue screen disappear after 20 seconds near about

yesterday i install registry editor programme name "Create_NO_Dump_File_on_BSOD" and now my mini dump folder is empty
i dont know i got rid from BSOD or not
because from yesterday night it did not happen again.and in past its also not happen every day
so guide me plz

That was a mistake. You need DMP files, that's how they debug the BSODs. You have to enable the DMP files if you want help.

mini dump folder is empty maybe it is cause of installing programme Create_NO_Dump_File_on_BSOD
and guide me how to enable it if i am wrong
