Inverting the task bar

Because I like to use snap. I have moved the task bar to the left of
the screen, and made the second monitor "under" the desktop. Without
doing this, snap does not work on the left side of the screen where I
used to have the second monitor.

It would be cool if the task bar were inverted so the start button
would still be in the lower left of the screen. This would be a
smaller adjustment to moving the task bar.

Just a suggestion.
