Internet Sharing Causes PC to BSOD

I have gotten the "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" BSOD frequently since April, and I have found a pattern in the behavior in that it happens when I have Internet Sharing on.

BlueScreenView points to Halmacpi.dll and ntkrnlpa.exe and ocassionally system files NETIO.sys and tcpip.sys
