1. Which Internet Explorer version are you using? IE9, IE10, IE11 Preview?
2. Explain what you tried to do when this happened.
3. Is this an on-going issue or this issue just happened today?

Meanwhile, would you do the followings ....
1. Make sure your IE is up-to-date.
2. Clear your IE cache
press Ctrl + Shift + Del keys > put a checkmark on first 4 boxes > then select Delete
3. press Start button > search box, type internet options > Enter > at the top, click Advanced > at the bottom, click Reset > click Apply/OK.

well it did it again. I was on ebay on it came up internet explorer has stopped working. so I went to my other computer and it work ?

You need to open IE first.


Try the 3rd suggestion as well.

OK. If You cannot open IE, let's do it the long way......

Start button > in the search box, type internet options > under Browsing History heading, click Delete > put checkmarks on the first 4 boxes > at the bottom, click Delete > when it is done, click OK to exit.

Try using the Internet explorer now.
If it is working, then you are done.
If it is not working, use my 3rd method..... reset internet explorer

3. press Start button > search box, type internet options > Enter > at the top, click Advanced > at the bottom, click Reset > click Apply/OK.

I also did the 3rd method now I'll just see what happens now. Thank you for all your help I'll let you know if it works it should
