I'm the administrator, but not always

Hello:

Win7 Ultimate, 64-bit.

I am logged in as the administrator, but often, I am prompted to log in to a program as the administrator. That, to a knowledgable but not an expert user, is very confusing. I suspect this might be an issue is one of my scheduling tasks.

How do I make sure I am *actually" the administrator, not having to "Run as administrator" anymore? If you know, that is.

Please let me add that I have UAC "Never notify".
