I just installed ICQ, when I try to run it I get this message: This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator. By the way this is my personal PC. I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise x64 with all updates. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you looked in Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) to see if you could find anything regarding ICQ?

Normally software policies are empty but since they can be added, start by looking in Software Settings under Computer Configuration and User Configuration.

Next I would check under Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Software Restrictions Policies

Other than that, I don't know what else to tell. You will need to look around in gpedit.msc because that is where Group Policies are set.
