I'm encountering an issue with my HP Probook 4710s; it refuses to reset as I've forgotten my password. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps, such as pressing the shift key and restart buttons, accessing advanced options, and rebooting the system, the reset process remains unsuccessful. Additionally, the laptop charger no longer charges properly, requiring a specific angle to activate the charging light. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
