How to stop an annoying behavior?

Using a program like TB or Chrome I will accidentally push the mouse to
the right a little (with my forearm) and my program goes away to be
replaced by the desktop. All I need to do is click the icon in the task
bar and it re-appears right where I was, but it is annoying.
It would seem there is a setting to stop this behavior, but I can not
even think of a proper query to feed into Google.

Is it Aero Peek ?
Right-click Start orb > Properties > Taskbar tab
Clear the box 'Use Aero Peek to preview the desktop'.
