I don't know but there sure are a lot of others that do... windows 7 not genuine fix

If you bought the computer w/ W7 install or the W7 software from a questionable source or if you bought just a key (such as from eBay or the black market) then they could easily have used that key on many computers and eventually Microsoft locks them all.
The solution is to buy a valid W7 license from a reputable source and use it on one computer only and do not post your product key online.
