Hi everyone,
This is sort of a follow up question from my original post -- I have an Epson Perfection 636u scanner. I got it to work now with windows 7 (thanks everyone for your help)... but I need to scan in some negatives... and can't. This scanner USED TO scan negatives... But since the problems with getting it to work with windows 7 it doesn't do that anymore - it works right now as just a basic scanner - documents and photos.

Is there a utility I should be downloading to use?

Or how do I scan negatives with this scanner now?

HELP! Thanks!

If you don't have software to do it then I honestly doubt you will get a solution here. Getting anything to work for a scanner whose support ended with Win2K is surprising in itself.

It may be time to shop for a new scanner.

You don't indicate the nature of the problem. Is it that the backlight on the film adapter doesn't work? You capture an image but the software doesn't correctly process it?
