Desktop right point on the property, which has a desktop wallpaper options, is set on the inside.

Super, your message is a bit cryptic and I'm not sure you understand that this is simply the discussion thread for the "How To" article that our site administrator wrote.

In the article he says "To begin, right click on an empty space on the desktop and select Personalize:" which I believe is what you are trying to say too.
