How to change class of service (COS) of extension line through TAPI3lib

Hello
I have a simple Tapi telephony application in which i am able to call throug
Voip number .Now as per my need i want to chnag
class of service of particular extension on a button click but i am not gettin
any method in tapi to change class of service(COS).This is first time i a
working with Tapi..Any help will be appreciated.
