No, just the number of connections to one PC is limited to 5 concurrent.

In addition to what Bob wrote, you need to be aware that one machine can
make more than one concurrent connection to another, and that once you
get beyond maybe 5 or 6 machines, then a peer-to-peer network starts to
become difficult to administer..
