Well, if you would have looked a little harder you will see the SEARCH at the top of the page between the MEMBERS tab and the QUICK LINKS tab.

It's a drop-down tab function!

Look under the 7 in Windows7Forums on the header for the site.
Search is found at the top as nibiru pointed out.
