Well... just what it means is that there is/was an error during a program installation and the shortcut does not work.

I have noticed you've had a several issues with your setup. Did you install the drivers in correct order or sequence? How many operating system installs have you done in the past? Is all your hardware compatible and correctly connected to the motherboard?

Your nom de guerre is rather interesting considering the issues you're having.

Photoshop, thats what i was trying to install. And i did set up in the right order
