Help with folders

Home Prem 64 bit.

I was having an issue so did a System Restore.
After the Restore I was checking things out and it seems only two odds happened. Both involving the Library.

1.
When I go to Start, then Music the window that pops up is my iTunes music (not all media- just the albums.
That path is: C:\Users\'me'\My music\iTunes\iTunes media.
How do I change it so it only goes to C:\Users\'me'\My Music ?

2.
When I go to Start, then Pictures, the window that pops up is more than "My Pictures" - which is what I want.
In this window I see: My Pictures; Public Pictures; My Documents; & Public Documents.

Try right-clicking on "Pictures" from the start menu and selecting Properties. You should see the path there, you can then remove the current path and add the one you want.

Same process for Music should work as well.

Fantastic - and too easy.
I was spending too much time in the folder- looking at View/ Tools/ etc.
