HELP win7 home premium 64 bit installation freezes

hello, im totally a noobie here and need help,badly..

i try to install Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit, but it freezes on completing installation process,after the first restart.

im running on

ABIT AX78
AMD Athlon X2 64 5200
2GB RAM

Have you tried Running Install a second time?

Try running chkdsk /r/f to make sure there are no errors or bad sectors rhen formatting the drive completly, and then reinstall the OS. Also run memtest to make sure your ram is good.
