Help - I've lost my Bluetooth

On my Dell pc I have a bluetooth module fitted. I exited it the other
day as it kept connecting to my phone everytime I walked passed but now
it has 'gone'. I have no bluetooth icon and I can not see a way of
re-enabling my module. Can anyone help?

I'm running W7HP.
