Hello I have started to get a blue screen popping up and shutting down my pc can someone help me please here is a pic

OK you filled in a little information about your computer which can help but there is much more in that thread such as how to run a virus scan in safe mode (have you dont that?) and most importantly it tells you how to zip and attach the system DMP files we need to see.
