I have same problem on my PC with Intel Core i3-410 with Intel HD 4400 graphic card.It also shows:
'' Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver which could slow game performance.Make sure you have the latest video card driver installed and that hardware accel;eration is turned on.''
How can i fix it?

Check with Intel HERE and make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your HD 4400.

If you go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools what is the subscore for your Graphics card?
