My email account does not download, it is at mail.com and nycny.net. All I get is a light blue or white screen. Now my aol.com account no longer works, I have Java, and all the other stuff. Now what. Please do not answer and try and sell me drivers. Not interested in spam. All my yahoo and google accounts work well.

Since your email is browser-based there would not be any need for additional drivers. What browser are you using (IE, Firefox, Chrome)? Have you tried a different browser?
The truth is you probably loaded the software which is blocking you, most likely a browser add-on/toolbar or firewall/anti-virus software.
Start your browser without add-ons and see if it works that way. If it does then start your browser normally and look for software add-ons like adblocker plus or Noscript and delete or disable them to see if it works without them.
