freezing after start up

i was going to post under Sjurdur topic but i think this is diffrent becaus i olny have 1 os on my computer and it freezes afterabout 10-15 minutes after being loged in i would post my system information but it keeps freezing so i have to use someone elses computer this is what i know thogh

160 GB HD
2 GB RAM
32 - BIT

And im using windows 7 ultimate.
