Freeware program for automating business processes?

Hi everyone,
I am a newbie in this forum and this is going to be my first thread here. I need your advice regarding purchasing a quality management software for my company. We are a web based company and our QA department requested to purchase a quality management software. The QA manager suggested Unipoint quality management software but we are unable to afford the price for such a big software. Is there any freeware alternatives available? Please share your suggestions.

Why not try www.download.com I have been many times.
Just set your parameters right then you are good to go.
A word of warning beware of the add-ons that creep in because it is a free ware site they have to earn revenue from somewhere, but its only a matter of "un-ticking" or the word "decline" as appropriate.
I know it is a bit late i.e. you posted in Oct 15 but hey better late than never.
