Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling? Are you running version 4?

It's an obscure little product, odds are that none of the regulars here ever even heard of it, let aknown experienced your problem; I know I hadn't. Your best chance is to try and contact the developer. See if there is a website with a forum or a "contact us" option specifically for that product.
