Fonts showing in boxes

hi

im using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (x32) [ENG] [Lite] version. i installed Google IME. but still some filenames showing in boxes, google chrome or any other apps works fine with the language pack which i installed. only filenames showing in boxes.

pls help
