Fix problems with Print Spooler Service

How do I Fix problems with Print Spooler Service; at least I think that is the problem. I have two laptops with wireless connections to a Lexmark Prospect Pro205. One works fine, the other has developed problems. If I reboot the problem laptop, then the first print job works fine. A second print job will jiggle the printer and hang up. If I stop and then restart the print spooler service the hung print job will generally complete. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled all the printer drivers and software. Any suggestions on fixing the spooler? Many thanks!
