My O/S is Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Occasionally while working in Explorer, and I need to delete a file or folder, I will get an error message that says something to the effect of “ request cannot be completed because a file or folder (it gives the name of the file or folder) is open in another program and must be closed first” then I am given the option of retry or cancel. My question is how do you know where it’s open? It doesn’t say which program it is opened in.
