I have an interesting problem when viewng folders on a network drive. When viewed using Windows XP more folders are displayed than when viewed with Windows 7. In my case I have 4 user directories listed that start with the letters CG when viewed with the file browser in XP. When I browse to the same locaton using Windows 7 one of the folders is not listed. The only thing I have observed is that the folder icon on the XP listing has a different ICON. I can't see it clearly but it looks like sheet of paper sticking up from the folder. I have set both PCs to dis[play all hidden and system files.

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

In W7 have you also unselected the "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)"?
