Failed updates

I have a new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate. In the list of Update
History there is about 30 updates showing as failed. How do I get those
installed. They are no longer listed on Windows Update so how can I
attempt to get them installed?

Check the list of updates again to see if they installed later on?
