error 0x0000003b

I got a message to update my amd catylist drivers to 31.1 when I did this I got the BLOD error

0x0000003b(0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff880041d9bf7, 0xfffff88002b88c50, 0x0000000000000000)

I had to do a system restore to fix this.
I attached the mini dump files . any fix for this please.

The ATI drivers I see in the DMP still look quite old. Also, the Catalyst Control Center (CCC) is known to cause problems on some machines.

I suggest you:
Download the latest driver for your video card HERE. Then run the Catalyst uninstall tool from HERE. Then install the driver you downloaded without CCC. Reboot.

error

thanks for link will give a try.well it installed but with an error, here is log file. I have a yellow exclamation next to graphic driver in devicemanager

I don't know what to tell you, the error message seems to say you didn't get the right driver for the version of windows you are running. What is the name of the file you tried to install?

I'm pretty sure it should be 13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc.exe. And it would be a good idea if you uninstall your old video driver first. And remember, tell it NOT to install CCC.
